About KV

Kendriya Vidyalaya Deoria is established in 2003 as a Civil Sector KV. It is functional upto class 10 at a temporary location of Govt. ITI Hostel Deoria. It is situated at a distance of 3 km from Bus Stand and 5 km from Deoria Sadar Railway Station. Nearest Airport is Gorakhpur Airport which is at a distance of 50 km from this KV. Kendriya Vidyalayas are spread all over India. These are governed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and headed by commissioner with head office at New Delhi. KVS’s (an autonomous body under Ministry of Education Govt. of India) main aim is providing educational facilities to the wards of defense personnel, Central Govt Employees and employees of autonomous bodies who are liable to be transferred from one state to another. The medium of instruction at present is bilingual. Mathematics and Science are taught in English while Social Sciences are taught both in Hindi and English. We are a co-educational Secular Schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi.
